We went to another event and came here afterwards. It was packed!!! We waited in line to order drinks. Everyone but me got a beer. Finally was able to get a wine and several of our crowd of 8 were trying to score a table. Finally scored a table everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. And it really was a cool place. Not my vibe.

Back again and had another great time on their huge outdoor patio space. Place was packed yet they still have enough parking. Service was also quick for beer and food. Since it was so busy they did not offer beer flights. Red pepper hummus was good and so were the wings! Enjoyed their summer pills beer.

Atmosphere is great for all ages and families. Service was quick despite how packed the place was on a gorgeous sunny day. Food was good and delicious. I would recommend their wings and pizza. Their outdoor bier garten had ample airflow, with big fans running. There was a good amount of shade in multiple seating areas as well.

They had live music playing, a flea market going on, tons of tables both inside and outside and it was till hard to find a spot. I got a flight and a draft, and I would say the beers were mostly fine. I wouldn't call them the best I've ever had, but it was a fun visit for an hour.

I hadn't been since pre-pandemic so I stopped in on a Saturday for beer and for a market being held there. Great market space. The grounds have been maintained. It's very lively. So much covering for those hot days. Beer is good. Many options. Root beer is good too. The guy at the outside bar wasn't the nicest when I simply asked if this was where I ordered. Again, hadn't been since 2019. He seemed irritated and when my friend asked if they sold bottled root beer he just got it and sat it on the counter without saying a word. So that put me off. But a waitress outside was nice so all in all it was good.

We happened to see that this was across the street after visiting Meow Wolf, and I'm so grateful we did, as this could easily be my favorite go-to spot if I lived in the area. For one, the space is gorgeous. The structure of the seating is so unique and centers around a nice fountain area with a mix of adirondack chairs and picnic tables. It's half enclosed/half out, perfect for any weather. The beer selection is solid, especially for someone like me seeking IPAs. The IPA I ended up grabbing was shocking delicious and I would definitely buy this in a six pack if I were from the area. To that point, the six packs are shockingly cheap. It was about $9.99 for essentially any six pack, which would've easily been double the price in other areas of the country. Maybe I've been in NY too long but this was a very pleasant brewery experience all around.

Plenty of beers to choose from. Daughter did a couple flights and I had pumpkin beer. Snack foods were spot on.

Saint Arnold's is such a vibe! So much outside seating which I always take advantage of. It's also extremely close to Meow Wolf, so make a whole day out of these two places, please. The food is incredible and their root beer is out of this world! We always start off with a pizza and then of course a burger and queso fries :) The wait staff works so hard and are incredible attentive with so many tables. You can tell everyone helps out. They have tons of parking and additional lots as well. I've been a few times and try to go every time I make it into the city.

The craft brewery industry has gone through an upheaval of late, as many have either closed shop given an unviable financial situation or have sold out to big investors/conglomerates. Thankfully, Saint Arnold has been able to stay independent and still pump out some of the best beers in the city. Their tap room has gone through evolution over the years, and their brewery in its current form is in its best era ever. They have gone from one room to now a sprawling area with outdoor and indoor seating, beautiful views of downtown. It's such a great place to hang out with friends and family (kid friendly), and the food they have there is no slouch. Big screens are abundant during big games. Just a word of caution - make sure you don't leave any valuables in your car (just to be safe, as anywhere else in this city). Some faves over the years are the Art Car IPA (nothing like an ice cold one on a hot day), Santo (RIP) - and nothing signals the fall for me than the release of Pumpiknator. Saint Arnold have woven themselves into the fabric and culture of Houston, and hope they will have success for several years to come (and never sell out!)
